Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your messages and other data sent to or through Forum Central. You are not permitted to transmit messages on the Services that (a) infringe on any third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (c) are defamatory, trade libelous, threatening, abusive, or obscene; (d) contain viruses or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines; or (e) contain links to any sites that include any of that kind of content.

Spamming Is Prohibited
We do not tolerate our members being the victims of unsolicited electronic documents (spam). We are equally intolerant of Forum Central members sending junk documents. Sending junk documents from a Forum Central account is cause for the termination of the account. We will determine in our sole discretion whether any of the documents you send are spam. For your information, spamming generally includes sending any form of document that can be interpreted as junk that the recipient has not specifically requested from you. We reserve the right to take legal and technical remedies to prevent you from sending spam. If you send any spam we may penalize you by terminating your account and through any other remedies we may have available to us.

ABOUT YOUR MAIL BOX

Information Collection and Use
When you register with Forum Central, we ask for your name, email, address etc. Once you register with Forum Central and sign up for our services, you are not anonymous to us. Forum Central uses this information to customize the content you see and advertising, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about new products according to your interest.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences.
Forum Central gives you the ability to edit your Account Information and preferences at any time.

Document Storage
Your mailbox will include a maximum of six (6) megabytes of free document storage. We may not process any document that is larger than six (6) megabytes, at our sole discretion. We suggest that you regularly download documents from your mailbox to reduce the size of its contents.

Document Retention
You are allowed to leave documents in your mailbox without downloading for a maximum period of seven days. All documents that you receive in your mailbox (inbox) that you do not download for more than seven (7) days will automatically be deleted and you will not be able to recover them. You must therefore remember to download documents from your mailbox frequently.

Mailbox Activity
Your account will remain active for the period mentioned on the jacket of the secure note containing your CD key. The CD key is meant for use for installation of Forum or for subscription renewal. The period will commence from the date of registration of the new account on Forum Central.

If you do not renew your account before the expiry date, we reserve the right to deactivate your account any time after the expiry date. All incoming mails will be rejected and rejection notifications will be sent to the sender. The facilities of Forum / Forum Central will not be available once an account is deactivated. Data pertaining to inactive accounts will be periodically deleted and therefore will not be recoverable. Forum Central will not be responsible for any loss of data pertaining to inactive accounts.

You can reactivate your inactive account by purchasing a subscription renewal CD key and subsequently renewing your account using the Renew Account utility on your Forum software. You need to give your Company ID, User ID and Password along with the renewal CD key. You need to then connect to Forum Central through the internet to complete the renewal process. Until your renewal details are updated on Forum Central, the process of renewal will not be deemed complete and Forum Central will be entitled to take all necessary steps to delete your account as per terms contained herein. When the process of account renewal is complete, you will see a pop-up message on Forum software confirming the same.

All inactive accounts will be deleted periodically. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. Users should ensure that their accounts are renewed in time to avoid deactivation and unintended loss of data through deactivation / deletion of account.
